2026 Christmas Holiday Home Tour

Please join us for our next bi-annual Holiday Home Tour Fri-Sun 11-13 December 2026!

Tickets will go on sale in Oct or Nov 2026 for the 11-13 December 2026 A Dickens of a Christmas: Holiday Home Tour.

Taking place Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, every other December, celebrate the holidays in St. Anne’s Hill Historic District at our biennial walking tour of charming Victorian homes, decorated for the season’s festivities!

A Dayton tradition and one of Ohio’s longest running housing tours, A Dickens of a Christmas welcomes all for a curated walking tour that explores the streets, houses, and history of our neighborhood. Costumed volunteers and cheerful residents will brighten your holidays with stories from the past, present, and future of our vibrant inner city neighborhood. And with that we invite you to come in! Come in, and know us better!

Tours run every half hour within these frames: Friday 3-8pm; Saturday 11am-7pm; Sunday 12-5pm. Tours are 2.5 hours long, but set aside 3.5 hours for maximum enjoyment to take the tour and browse the gift shop and local businesses.
